Takeda Pharma Vertrieb GmbH & Co. KG applies with “CED Forum” for the 11th Health: Angel!
The project CED Forum has earned to be awarded the Health Media Award because it meets all the requirements of an innovative project aimed at promoting health literacy. The steadily increasing download numbers of the app, as well as the feedback of its users, show the need for these features for patients.
The project fully enhances both, health knowledge and self-responsibility of patients – not only by using existing and new technologies but also by patient-centered collaboration.
Furthermore, parts of the underlying concept can be extended to many other areas of indication, always with the goal of knowledge transfer, promotion of health literacy, increasing adherence and ultimately improving the well-being of patients.
