In addition, the Chair of the Conference of Minister-Presidents and Governing Mayor of Berlin, Michael Müller, as well as the Chair of the Conference of Ministers of Sport, Roger Lewentz (Interior Minister of Rhineland-Palatinate), received an official letter with the collected signatures. Berger emphasised the “unerring choice of topics and the simple and successful implementation of the campaign”.
“With almost 100,000 signatures, “Draußen muss drin sein”, is also convincing in its reach, effectiveness and conciseness. An exemplary communication performance that cannot be taken for granted in these difficult times. Around 25,000 comments under the petition also show that the issue not only reaches many people, but also affects and moves them”,
said Markus Berger, chairman of the association, explaining the award.
